Network Facilitator
The Footprint Foundation is seeking a Network Facilitator to provide facilitative, administrative, and project support to its Buzz network. This network, made up of community leaders working in and around the nonprofit sector, has just completed a two year planning process to co-create a vision and framework for diverse communities that are connected, inspired and invested in the creative potential of all Chattanoogans. The Network Facilitator will support the next phase of work as this group moves from planning into implementation and will help track the progress the network is making in their strategy areas.
This is a three-year contract position at Footprint Foundation. This position will receive guidance and direction from the Buzz and hold the group accountable to their co-created framework and work plans.
We are interested in hearing from individuals who can demonstrate their passion for Chattanooga, belief in deep relationships and community building, ability to support cross-sector collaboration, keen eye for detail, understanding of trust-based philanthropy and openness to how the field of philanthropy is changing. Equally as important is a strong background in participatory practices, facilitation, consensus-building, and social cohesion.
